Ardiente was originally developed by Centex Homes, with a grand opening in Fall 2005. Shea Homes opened a new sales office and new energy-efficient models in March 2010 to complete the build-out of 788 homes. With now fewer than 50 homes remaining to build, Shea Homes anticipates completion in early 2017.
The 20,000 square foot clubhouse features two resort-style pools and a spa, a 5,000 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center, group exercise room, billiard room, card and games room, mobile business center, fireside reading lounge and a multi-purpose event and meeting facility equipped with a gourmet kitchen.
