Our associates are the best! We have teams of dedicated people from coast to coast who aim high to do the right thing every day. Without our people, we wouldn’t have a social purpose.
Our associates are generous to the communities they manage, the larger communities they reside in and to each other. After Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, in addition to a $100,000 gift from the company, associates personally donated $19,000 to the American Red Cross and dozens of days of paid-time-off to associates whose homes and communities were damaged by those storms. Those associates are the drivers of our social purpose, taking the initiative to ask how they can help before a storm has even passed.
