Education & training

Learning never stops for any of us, and our team of associates is no different. We continually provide training for our community managers to keep them up to date on the services we offer and the best way to provide them to residents. We hold 6 “FirstFocus” meetings per year for our community managers where vendors, attorneys, accountants and other experts speak to associates.  All of our managers are CAI certified with at least their CMCA (certified manager of community associations) credential. These meetings increase our visibility in your community and help us add even more value to your board and your neighborhood.
