Lee Newman Promoted to Vice President of Community Management for the Urban Division at FirstService Residential in San Diego
SAN DIEGO (May 25, 2021) --- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading community management company, announced that Regional Director Lee Newman was promoted to vice president of community management for the Urban and High-Rise Division San Diego. His new role will oversee general managers and staff for the San Diego Urban market.
Lee began his career with FirstService Residential in 2007 as part of the management team for The Residences at 2211, an established high-rise in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned two promotions, including a promotion to general manager in 2008, and he became vice president for Arizona’s first high-rise division in 2011. Lee and his family relocated to San Diego in 2013, where he became the on-site general manager for Discovery at Cortez Hill, a 200-unit luxury high-rise.
