FirstService Residential to Manage Rancho San Joaquin Homeowners Association in Irvine

IRVINE, Calif. (March 24, 2021) --- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading community management company, was awarded the management contract for Rancho San Joaquin Homeowners Association in Irvine, California. FirstService Residential will begin managing the 309-mixed condominium and townhomes community on May 1, 2021.
 
Rancho San Joaquin is composed of 45 acres, with common areas and green belts throughout. Most homes feature scenic views of the surrounding green belts or the neighboring Rancho San Joaquin golf course. Residents have access to several amenities, including pool and spa facilities.
