FirstService Residential Welcomes Three LC Homes Communities to Delaware Management Portfolio

(March 14, 2019) – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in North America, recently contracted to provide property management services to three new communities developed by LC Homes. These new communities expand FirstService Residential’s presence in Delaware.

Worthington, also located in Smyrna, is comprised of 549 townhomes and twin-homes. This secured community features a large private park and is a short drive from the beach.
Windstone, located in Milton, Delaware, will feature 360 single-family homes when complete. The new community features a clubhouse, saltwater pool, billiards room and fitness center.
