Wentworth Property Management Changes Name to FirstService Residential
Name Change Part of North American Rebranding Effort Highlighting National Reach and Personalized Local Service
FOREST HILL, MD (June 27, 2013) – The corporate headquarters of FirstService Residential has announced that its subsidiary, Wentworth Property Management, has been renamed FirstService Residential. This name change is part of FirstService Residential’s national rebranding effort, which took effect on June 27, 2013.
FirstService Residential is the largest manager of residential communities in North America, overseeing more than 6,000 properties and over 1.5 million residential units. The former Wentworth Property Management, an established property management leader in the Mid-Atlantic/Carolinas region, manages a client portfolio of over 700 communities, including more than 50 located in the Maryland and Delaware markets. The company became a subsidiary of FirstService Residential in 1997.
