North America’s property management leader selected to manage new development in Bonita Springs
Hollywood, Fla. (March 28, 2023) -- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, has been selected to provide property management and lifestyle services for Omega at Bonita Bay, a new 27-story luxury high-rise tower located in Bonita Springs.
With views of the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay, Omega at Bonita Bay offers 67 three-, four-, and five-bedroom tower residences and four penthouses, each with more than 4,000 square feet of living space. The units feature luxurious wood, stone, or porcelain flooring, SubZero Wolf kitchen appliances, quartz countertops and spacious terraces. Each unit also comes with an enclosed garage.

Construction of Omega at Bonita Bay began in 2020 and is scheduled to be completed later this year.
