FirstService Residential Appoints New Senior Vice President, Financial Services
Atlanta, Ga. (November 5, 2019) – FirstService Residential, North America’s property management leader with local market expertise, has named Bobet Bennett-Marshall as Senior Vice President, Financial Services for the South Region.
In her role, Bennett-Marshall will lead the teams that deliver financial services to the 1,600 community associations managed by the organization’s South region, including client accounting, treasury, budgeting and capital planning services.

Bennett-Marshall’s extensive background includes more than 17 years of experience in operations, corporate accounting and financial management at Wyndham Destinations, Inc., where she most recently served as Regional Vice President-Resort Operations. She also served as Vice President Division Controller-Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Vice President of Finance-Enterprise Shared Services for Wyndham Worldwide.
