FirstService Residential Awarded Management Contract for 10 Terminus Place Condominium Association

FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, has announced that it has been selected to provide management services to 10 Terminus Place Condominium Association, a well-known high-rise community located in the heart of Atlanta’s popular Buckhead neighborhood.  Spearheaded by well-known Atlanta development firm Cousins Properties, the 32-floor high-rise was completed in 2008, and has 137 exclusive residences.
