Cresswind Georgia is part of the new Twin Lakes master-planned community located in historic Hoschton, Georgia, 40 miles northeast of Atlanta. The community, developed by Kolter Homes, is built based on the Cresswind pillars of Fitness, Nutrition and Relationships.
