FirstService Residential Welcomes New Associates to its Georgia Team
Atlanta, Ga. (May 31, 2019) – FirstService Residential, North America’s property management leader, recently announced two additions to its Georgia operations: John Ellis, Quality Assurance Manager and Joshua Williams, Insurance Manager.
As Insurance Manager, Williams will oversee the insurance and finance programs in Georgia for FirstService Financial, the insurance and financial services affiliate of FirstService Residential. During his 10-year career, Williams has acquired expertise in high-rise condominium management, real estate marketing and project management. Williams will assist FirstService Residential boards with the most advantageous financial solutions and insurance products while focusing on increasing property values and the overall financial health of the community associations.
As Quality Assurance Manager, Ellis will work with association boards to ensure their community’s mechanical components and common areas meet or exceed the requirements and standards for inspection. Additionally, he will provide guidance for developing and implementing property-specific preventative maintenance programs. Ellis comes to FirstService Residential from Condominium Concepts Management, where he served as regional service director.
