FirstService Residential Awarded Management of Michigan Avenue Lofts Condominium Association
FirstService Residential, a leading property management company in Illinois, was selected managing agent for the Michigan Avenue Lofts Condominium Association. The high-rise community is located in Chicago’s Historic Michigan Boulevard District and consists of 260 units. FirstService Residential assumes management responsibilities effective January 1, 2015.

Michigan Avenue Lofts was originally built in 1911, and was home to Standard Oil Company’s headquarters. In 2000 the building was converted into an upscale loft condominium with a $1 million wood-paneled lobby. Most of the high-rise building is U-shaped with a large opening facing south which brings in lots of light into its 260 units. High-end amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, deeded parking, party room, 24 hour doorman station, and on-site management.
