FirstService Residential Selected to Manage Pac Lofts Condominium Association
FirstService Residential, a leading property management company in Illinois, was selected managing agent for the Pac Lofts Condominium Association, located in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood, effective April 1, 2014.

Pac Lofts was originally built in 1908, and is an important part of Chicago’s heritage. It was home to the Felt and Tarrant Manufacturing Company, which specialized in Comptometers, one of the original adding machines. In the 1980’s the building was converted into the Paulina Arts Center, providing a mixed use of commercial lofts for artists and developing businesses. In 2007, the building morphed one final time, with a complete renovation into an upscale condominium community with 96 units. High-end amenities include a new landscaped courtyard, deeded parking, modern exercise room, dog wash area, wine cellar, and roof deck.
