FirstService Residential to Host Budget and Strategic Planning Seminar
CHICAGO (July 27, 2017): FirstService Residential, Chicagoland’s leading property management company, is hosting a free educational seminar for condominium, cooperative and homeowner association board members on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at 303 East Wacker Drive in Chicago. Discussion and learning will be focused on “Budgets and Strategic Planning” for homeowner associations and communities.
Guest speaker, Jim Cherep, certified fraud examiner will be joined by FirstService Residential experts Patricia Bialek, vice president of property management, and David Jandak, vice president of finance. The August roundtable will show board members how to protect their community by anticipating future expenses, creating a workable budget, having an investment strategy and maintaining financial stability.
