Jake Gusiew Elevated to VP, Leading FirstService Residential Local Maryland/Delaware Team
Towson, MD (December 15, 2022) – FirstService Residential, the leading residential community association management company in Maryland and Delaware, announced the promotion of Jake Gusiew, CMCA® AMS®, to vice president. As an accomplished leader with over 17 years of experience managing community associations and rental properties, Gusiew will oversee the company’s portfolio of managed communities throughout Maryland and Delaware and provide leadership and operational oversight to the teams in those areas.

Gusiew joined FirstService Residential in 2016 as a community manager of a high-rise and has worked his way up. Most recently, he was a Regional Director overseeing communities and associates in central and northern Maryland. His prior experience was in income-producing properties, where he managed a wide variety of properties.
Gusiew’s over 17 years of experience includes expertise in personnel management, customer service, emergency management, and capital improvement oversight. He shares a common vision for results, cost reduction, growth, and driving an optimal experience for our associates, board members, and residents.
