South Carolina Community Manager Earns Industry Designation
Melissa Ramsey Earns Large-Scale Manager (LSM) Designation from CAI
Summerville, SC (August 10, 2021) – FirstService Residential, the leading property management company in North America, is proud to announce that its own Melissa Ramsey, CPO®, CMCA®, AMS®, LSM®, PCAM®, general manager, recently joined the specialized group of community association managers who have earned the Large-Scale Manager (LSM®) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Ramsey is one of only 114 managers nationwide who have reached this level of professional recognition in this field.

Ramsey began her career with FirstService Residential in 2011, in the West Region, first as a community manager, then regional manager. Before moving to the East Region, she was vice president of community and lifestyle services in Nevada. Ramsey is now responsible for overseeing the delivery of all business, governance, lifestyle and financial operations within Sun City Carolina Lakes Community Association in Indian Land, South Carolina. In addition, she sits on the National CAI Board of Trustees and serves as the chair of the Managers Council.
