FirstService Residential Named Property Management Company of the Year by NYBMA

May 3, 2016, New York, NY - FirstService Residential, New York’s leading residential property management firm, was honored as Management Company of the Year by the New York Building Managers Association (NYBMA), the oldest and one of the largest organizations comprised of resident managers and superintendents in New York City. The award is the most recent recognition of FirstService Residential’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional service and solutions to the hundreds of condominiums, cooperatives and rental properties in its management portfolio.

 

The award was presented to FirstService Residential at NYMBA’s 96th Annual Grand Ball held on April 16, 2016 at Cipriani Wall Street. In addition to the company honor, five FirstService Residential property management professionals received Honorary Member Awards in recognition of the support they have contributed to NYBMA over the years. These include:

 

• Maria Auletta, Senior Property Manager, Co-op and Condo Management Division

• Marc Kotler, Senior Vice President, New Development Group

• John MacGowan, Managing Director, Rental Management Division

• Tom Padilla, Senior Vice President, Co-op and Condo Management Division

• Keith Werny, President, CityLine Division
