Michael Grey to Head FirstService Residential’s New England Executive Leadership Team
Canton, MA (October 17, 2022) – FirstService Residential, the leading residential community management company, named Michael Grey its New England Market President. As an accomplished business professional, Grey brings his experience in executive-level leadership and strategic planning, team development and client relationship-building skills to the role.

As New England’s Market President, Grey will lead all business efforts and have overall executive leadership and strategic direction of the market. He will also be responsible for client and association retention goals, leading new business development efforts and the ongoing development of best practices and company procedures, as well as driving adoption across the market. Grey will work closely with our business development team to grow our portfolio in this key market, where there is abundant opportunity to serve the local market.
Before joining FirstService Residential, Grey was with Sodexo, the food and facilities management leader, where he served as North American Vice President, K-12 School Services Segment. At Sodexo, Mike was a leader of a cross-functional team of business leaders responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, business operations, sales, retention, marketing, people engagement, safety, inclusion, technology, client relationships and community stewardship.
Mike received his Bachelor of Science in hotel, restaurant and travel administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and his Master of Business Administration from Nichols College. He also serves as the Chairman of the Governor’s Workforce Board, a Trustee of the Career & Technical Education Board, and an adjunct professor at Nichols College.
