The Customer Care Center is staffed by trained and service-focused specialists who utilize FirstService Residential Connect™, our proprietary community management software program, to access a comprehensive database of information specific to your community.  When residents call, the Customer Care team provides answers and information and resolve issues, usually at the initial point of contact.  We are proud that the Call Center earns high scores from satisfied users after the first call, exceeding the industry average for initial customer satisfaction.
