Eugene Patillo Returns to FirstService Residential as New San Antonio President
DALLAS (August 9, 2019): FirstService Residential Texas is proud to welcome back Eugene Patillo as the new president of San Antonio.
As president, Eugene leads all aspects of association management to ensure each client experiences superior customer service, professional management and exceptional value. He also oversees management and partnership growth with local developers.

Patillo returns to FirstService Residential after spending nearly five years as an executive for a highly respected San Antonio developer and brings over four decades of industry experience in the San Antonio market.
He also brings upper management and executive-level expertise involving residential home construction, subdivision development, commercial construction management, and facilities operations. His career encompasses more than 30 years of community association management involving some of San Antonio’s most distinguished communities.
