FirstService Residential Selected to Manage Brown Building Lofts in Austin
DALLAS (October 24, 2019): FirstService Residential, Texas’s leading community management company, was awarded the management contract of the Brown Building Lofts in Austin. FirstService Residential will assume management on December 1, 2019.
The 10-story high-rise is located between Congress Avenue District and the Warehouse Entertainment District and contains 90 luxury condominium units in one of Austin’s landmark buildings.
Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, Brown Building Lofts features high ceilings and concrete pillars with modern amenities, including a roof-top deck and private exercise room.
