FirstService Residential, Metro Vancouver’s leading residential property management company, hosted its latest educational seminar for Strata Council Members on July 21^st on the topic of “Annual Maintenance Planning for Strata Corporations”. The event, held at the Goldcorp Stage at the BMO Theatre Centre in Vancouver’s Olympic Village, was attended by Council Members from more than 100 different Strata Corporations, making it one of the largest educational Strata events in British Columbia.

This past holiday season, the property management leader worked with twenty-five of the top vendors used by its strata corporation clients to raise money for the children’s hospice, supporting local children with life-threatening conditions. The corporate headquarters of FirstService Residential has announced that its British Columbia based subsidiaries, Crosby Property Management Ltd. and Vancouver Condominium Services Ltd., have been renamed FirstService Residential. This name change is part of FirstService Residential’s national rebranding effort, which took effect on July 1, 2013.
