Communicating with the Right Communication Tools

Communication is good, but effective communication is better. FirstService Residential has powerful communication tools for you to use in your community! Whether it is a mass email, text message, or recorded voice message, we can do it! Check out the experience below from a board member in one of our managed communities.
 
     Our gated Las Vegas neighborhood is made up of two homeowners’ associations. Both boards make communications with residents and fellow board members a top priority, and the effectiveness of this was recently demonstrated. During the overnight hours, three homes in the adjacent neighborhood (not managed by FirstService Residential) were burglarized. A member of their board contacted our board with the details. Our board and FirstService Residential staff quickly prepared a notice to inform our residents. Our board posted the information the "old fashioned way" -- on the outdoor bulletin board. FirstService Residential went above and beyond. Every owner and occupant of our community received notification via their telephone or email through FirstService Residential’s "Resident Alert" mass communication service. It was amazing!
 
     I am new to this board and had no idea FirstService Residential had this capability. I was impressed with how quickly the system was activated, and the clarity and professionalism of the audio message. By working together, we were able to communicate important, consistent information to our residents. Many residents thanked us for providing the information.
