Randy Cunningham
Operations Manager, West Region Customer Care Center
 
Randy Cunningham serves as the operations manager for FirstService Residential’s West Region Customer Care Center. Randy started his career in call centers at Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit health plans. He began as a customer care associate and was quickly promoted to managing the team for the Southern California region.  Within six months, he received another promotion and was responsible for managing the entire California region with over 40 employees reporting to him.  
 
Later on in his career, Randy served as the Medicare call center director at Molina Healthcare, and helped the organization with its company-wide implementation of the Medicare product.  More recently, he served as the senior operations manager for C3, a third-party call center located in Las Vegas, where he led and managed the Humana business lines.
 
Born and raised in Southern California, Randy moved to Nevada about six years ago. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in management from the University of Phoenix and served six years in the United States Navy. Aside from loving his career as a call center leader, Randy enjoys tennis, television and playing video games. He currently resides in Henderson with his husband and mother, along with their five cats and two dogs. Randy has a son who is currently attending the University of Nevada Las Vegas to obtain a degree in graphic design.
 
 
Kevin Kozar
Operations Manager, Red Rock Financial Services
 
Kevin Kozar serves as the operations manager for Red Rock Financial Services, an HOA collections firm and affiliate of FirstService Residential. He has over 25 years of experience in the collections industry in both commercial and consumer collections.  After an eight-year career with Clark County Collection Service, Kevin joined Red Rock Financial Services in August 2015. 
 
In his pastime, he enjoys playing poker and has written two books, including “Poker Madness,” which he wrote while playing poker professionally to help people who have an interest in becoming professional poker players. Kevin currently resides in Henderson with his wife Tammy, but hopes to one day return to his beloved home state, Mississippi.
