FirstService Residential saw significant growth across its management divisions in 2022, cementing its position as the largest residential manager in the five boroughs, Westchester County, Long Island, and Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Located at 685 First Avenue, the building comprises a mix of 148 jewel box condominiums, 408 rental units, more than 15,000 square feet of amenities, and a ground floor retail component.

Located at 545 Vanderbilt Avenue, the 29-story building houses 284 apartments, 30,000 square feet of hotel-inspired amenity spaces, and 60,000 square feet of prime retail space with frontage along Vanderbilt and Atlantic Avenues.

In her new role, Oyolokor will be responsible for the continued growth of the division and apply her extensive operations, process improvement, financial, and people management experience to lead the division’s management and advisory teams.

Marc Kotler of the New Development Group is elevated to President, and Christina Forbes is promoted to President of the Manhattan Condo/Co-Op Division.

$10 million in emergency loans are immediately available to aid FirstService Residential-managed communities across several states impacted by Hurricane Ian.

In this role, Von Hollweg has executive oversight of a management portfolio comprising roughly 4,000 condos, co-ops, condops, and a team of dedicated property managers and assistants who specialize in the management of high-end residential buildings in New York City.

As vice president, Jennifer Ogman has executive oversight of a team of property managers responsible for managing more than 20 condominiums, cooperatives, and multifamily complexes comprising roughly 4,300 units.

Additions to the company's management portfolio include condominiums, cooperatives, multifamily rentals and newly constructed developments throughout New York City.
