Michelle Kithcart Elevated to VP, Leading FirstService Residential’s Lifestyle Programming Efforts
Eatontown, NJ (January 11, 2023) – FirstService Residential, the leading residential community association management company and pioneers of the ‘Lifestyle’ community concept, announced the promotion of Michelle Kithcart to vice president, Lifestyle programming. As an accomplished executive with an extensive background in lifestyle programming, management, and technology solutions, Kithcart will continue to lead and develop our Lifestyle directors and managers across the company, develop SOPs and resources, and share best practices.

Previously, Kithcart was director of Lifestyle programming, supporting our Lifestyle teams throughout the region. In her new role, Kithcart will continue the development of our Lifestyle service offerings, support our strategic growth, and work closely with our developer clients. Reporting to Scott Bresnick, senior vice president of operations, Kithcart will be hands-on in supporting the goals of the large-scale, Lifestyle and High-Rise communities we serve.
Kithcart has over 20 years of experience with special events, resort recreation, and in the community sector of programming and amenity planning. She attended SUNY Brockport University in New York and earned a degree in Recreation Management. Kithcart is an active member and serves as Director at Large for the Resort Commercial Recreation Association (RCRA). She shares a common vision for delivering superior resident experiences, driving growth and developing a high-caliber team of associates committed to service excellence.
