FirstService Residential Leader Recognized as CFO Awards Finalist by South Florida Business Journal
Hollywood, FL (May 5, 2022) – Bobet Bennett-Marshall, senior vice president of financial services at FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, was recently named a CFO Awards finalist by the South Florida Business Journal (SFBJ). Bennett-Marshall will be recognized at the 2022 CFO Awards, to be held on Thursday, May 12, at the Signature Grand in Davie.
According to the SFBJ, the 2022 CFO special honorees and finalists are involved with visionary growth, strategic development and insightful innovations. Finalists in multiple categories are selected by the publication’s advisory panel.

Bennett-Marshall leads the teams that provide accounting and financial services to residential communities managed by the South Region of the organization. At the helm for the past 2 years, she oversees a team of more than 250 associates and has implemented several change management initiatives, including upgrading the company’s financial systems and introducing a user-friendly financial package. During the height of the pandemic, Bennett-Marshall was instrumental in developing a comprehensive forecast guide to assist FirstService Residential-managed communities to persevere through COVID-generated financial uncertainties.
