FirstService Residential associates will join more than 200 exhibitors and close to 2,000 industry professionals and residential community association board members for New England’s largest condo, HOA, and apartment expo.

Further, vice president, FirstService Residential Noushig Hagopian, CMCA®, AMS®, is participating in the “Conflict Management in Divisive Times” session beginning at 1:30 p.m. This session will cover defusing tension and hostility in meetings, the impact of social media, what constitutes ‘harassment,’ and how to deal with antagonistic residents. Participants will also include Dean Lennon, Partner, Marcus Errico Emmer & Brooks, P.C. and Frank A. Flynn, Esq., Managing Partner/Owner, Flynn Law Group.
