Dee DeGrushe Promoted to Managing Director at FirstService Residential New York
In her new role, DeGrushe will oversee a portfolio of luxury and market-rate condominium and cooperative properties, in addition to leading a team of property managers and assistant property managers who specialize in complex building operations, financial management, compliance, and customer service.

With more than 20 years of management experience, DeGrushe joined FirstService in 2021 as a senior property manager and quickly established herself as an expert and respected leader within the organization. In 2023, she was elevated to account executive, before her promotion to managing director.
