New York, NY (March 18, 2024) – FirstService Residential, New York’s leading residential property management company, shined a spotlight on the outstanding contributions of its associates during the company’s Annual Winter Celebration held at 48 Wall Street in February.

More than 400 associates attended the event, during which 15 associates were recognized for going above and beyond living the company’s core values: Be Genuinely Helpful, Aim High, Build Great Relationships, Improve It, Do What’s Right, and Own It.

In addition to the 2023 Core Values and Rookie of the Year awards, the company recognized two exemplary associates with the prestigious Diamond Award. The 2023 recipients are Devin Lugones, Senior Corporate Recruiter, and Nick Bellisano, Business Development Director.
