FirstService Residential Inks 48,000SF Lease for New York City Headquarters at 575 Fifth Avenue
FirstService Residential, the leading manager of residential communities in North America, signed a long-term lease for 48,000 square feet across the 9th and 10th floors of Beacon Capital Partners’ 575 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. The new office will serve as headquarters for the company's New York operations, relocating from 622 Third Avenue.
The tenant was represented by Mark Friedman of Colliers in the transaction. The space is currently being built-out by Montroy DeMarco Architecture with Jack Green & Associates as the mechanical engineer.
