Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. For the past three years, I have sat on the Board of my condominium complex, which FirstService Residential manages. During my tenure I have come to realize that finding owners who are able to give of their spare time to help manage the corporation is a very difficult task.
