Our company was founded more than 30 years ago as Crosby Property Management Ltd. (Crosby) and Vancouver Condominium Services Ltd. (VCS), and we have grown to become British Columbia’s leading strata property management company.
In over more than three decades, we have expanded our property management services to include physical, administrative, accounting and financial services, real estate leasing and brokerage services, strata developer consulting and more. Today, we manage more than 400 buildings with over 40,000 residential units and four million square feet of commercial properties. Throughout Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley and Squamish, we provide a full range of professional property management services for all types of residential and commercial real estate, including strata, rental and social housing, as well as commercial projects, parking lots and self-storage units.
In 2010 and 2011, Crosby and VCS became part of FirstService Residential, the largest residential property management company in North America. This affiliation enabled our team to leverage the organization’s many differentiating programs and industry-leading services to benefit our clients.
Another major company milestone occurred in June 2013, as our parent company united all of its management companies under the FirstService Residential name. At that time, we became FirstService Residential British Columbia. By rebranding, we have strengthened the visibility of our affiliation with the FirstService Residential organization -- the leading North American residential property manager -- facilitating our ability to share best practices, collective resources and corporate resources. But we still offer our clients the local market knowledge and caring relationships we have established in Metro Vancouver and throughout British Columbia, as well as the superior customer service that have made us the property management market leader.
