Dyck will be responsible for managing a team of area managers who oversee all resident managers, building caretakers, cleaners and concierge staff.

Previously, Dyck served as Vice President, Strata for FirstService Residential where he oversaw all strata managers and negotiated better partnerships with suppliers and other industry professionals.
