Robert G. Smith
Robert G. Smith serves as President of FirstService Residential’s South region, overseeing strategic growth and operations throughout Florida, Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee.
Robert’s career spans more than 20 years in various executive roles across sectors of the Southeast real estate and finance industries. Prior to joining the property management industry, Robert spent almost ten years in land acquisition and development for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Robert held leadership positions with residential property management firms, financial institutions and real estate developers. In these roles, he was responsible for directing all functions of statewide management operations, business development and land acquisition, management of 200 developing communities and crafting service initiatives designed to deliver exceptional results.
Robert joined FirstService Residential in 2017, as president of the Florida Condo-HOA Division. During his tenure, he solidified partnerships with area developers, focused on people and company culture to build high-performing property management teams, elevated the level of service delivered to our customers, and significantly grew the lifestyle segment for the organization.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah, lives in South Florida and enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three children.
Danny Ellis
Danny joined FirstService Residential in 2012 and offers more than 30 years of experience in operations and management of commercial and residential communities. At FirstService Residential, Danny expanded our footprint across the Gulf Coast from Destin to Perdido Key and Alabama. In doing that, he built and developed teams with a focus on operational and service excellence, with proven expertise in natural disaster mitigation. He's currently spearheading our expansion efforts into the Georgia and Tennessee markets, aiming to broaden our reach beyond Atlanta and Nashville.
Danny has held leadership roles with various financial and property management firms as well as equity lifestyle developers and was responsible for management operations, business development and land acquisition for more than 1,350 property sites in three Florida communities.
Danny earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Alabama, serves as President of the North Gulf Chapter of CAI, and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
Danny prides himself on his work with special needs children, coaching Special Olympic athletes. He and his wife are avid fitness enthusiasts and enjoy RVing with their family.
Stephanie Parker
Stephanie has a robust 20-year background in working with leadership teams to improve operations, execute strategic company initiatives and elevate overall performance. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, she ran Sparker Consulting, worked at Managerial Design and served as Vice President of Organization Effectiveness at Real Matters, Inc., a global provider of financial services technology, and Solidifi, a residential real estate appraisal firm.
Stephanie holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business/York University in Toronto, Canada and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where she attained an Honors Bachelor of Music. Stephanie is a native of Ontario, enjoys singing and songwriting, and serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Children’s Harbor. Stephanie and her family call Cooper City home.
Amy Sanchez
Amy joined FirstService Residential in 2019 as vice president of the company’s South Florida Condo-HOA Division, covering Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Since joining the company, she has developed a successful team that elevated service levels and the customer experience. Amy contributes to many initiatives across FirstService Residential, serves as a founding member of her division’s Safety Committee, and is an active member of the company’s People Council.
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Amy held leadership positions with residential, multifamily and asset management firms. She was responsible for overseeing multi-state management operations, business development, asset repositioning and dispositions.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Florida International University and is a licensed community association manager and real estate agent.
Amy is a native of Central Florida and enjoys time with her husband and three daughters, boating, playing volleyball, gardening, and traveling.
Hector Vargas
Hector Vargas serves as President of South Florida High-Rise for FirstService Residential. He joined the company in 2001 and brings 40 years of industry-related experience to the organization.
Hector oversees the operations and growth initiatives of high-rise associations in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, as well as customer and associate retention, hospitality training, and community outreach.
Hector is responsible for the most notable high-rise condominiums in South Florida. He has an extensive background in hotel management, and prior to joining FirstService Residential, he held various management positions at Le Pavilion and The New York City Hilton. He is a graduate of Florida International University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.
Hector supports numerous charities, including Voices for Children, Miami Children’s Hospital, Cystic Fibrosis and The Humane Society, and is a strong proponent of breast cancer awareness.
Paula Allen
Paula Allen serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for FirstService Residential’s South Region. She joined the company in 2015, bringing with her over two decades of human resources expertise.
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Paula’s experience included major South Florida organizations, including Baptist Health, the largest healthcare organization in South Florida with more than 15,000 employees, and Burger King, where she led a team that supported operations with annual revenue in excess of $10 billion.
Paula focuses on forging trusted partnerships with business leaders and developing highly effective teams that proactively respond to business needs. She holds professional certifications in facilitation and coaching, as well as the DiSC® and Hogan assessment tools.
Paula earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel/Resort Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, the Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management, The Women’s Fund Miami and Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
Robert Huguet
Rob Huguet serves as Senior Vice President of Finance for FirstService Residential, where he is responsible for the company's internal corporate reporting and cash management functions for the South Region. Rob’s responsibilities include delivering and supporting capabilities that improve business processes, internal reporting, and controls, integrating acquisitions and enhancing performance across the region.
Rob joined FirstService Residential as Controller in 2015. Prior to that, Rob held senior corporate level positions within the transportation and consumer product industries, including Spectrum Brands as Vice President of Global Finance, where he led the financial reporting team throughout Europe, Latin America, North America, and China.
Rob is both a certified public accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant, beginning his career in public accounting. He holds a Master of Science degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
Rob lives in Fort Lauderdale with his family and enjoys boating, diving, and flying throughout Florida.
Debra George
Debra joined the company in 1999 as a projects specialist and has ascended to various managerial and leadership roles throughout her impressive tenure. Most recently, she served as Sr. Director of Strategic Projects, overseeing the successful execution of several region-wide initiatives. In her 25 years of experience, Debra gained an unparalleled understanding of the intricacies of the property management industry, its core processes and operations, and the unique needs of residential associations.
Debra holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Born and raised in Southeast Michigan, Debra relocated to South Florida in 1996, immersing herself in the area’s vibrant community. She enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two beloved rescue cats.
Lillian Guerrero
Lillian joined FirstService Residential in 2012, bringing with her over two decades of marketing and branding expertise, much of that focused on the real estate and hospitality industries. She is a graduate of Florida International University, with degrees and certifications in Marketing, Advertising and Business Administration.
Lillian, a native New Yorker, is a long-time resident of South Florida and supports a variety of causes including St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Camillus House and Miami Rescue Mission. She enjoys traveling, snorkeling, films, music, and reading.
Mara J. Jockers
Prior to joining FirstService, Mara worked for a law firm focusing on association, business and real estate law. Mara holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami.
Originally from Atlanta, Mara lives in Cooper City with her husband and two daughters and enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, reading and traveling. She supports several civic and charitable organizations, including Legal Services of Greater Miami’s Tenant’s Equal Justice Clinic, The Dorit & Ben J. Genet Cupboard, The Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and Broward County Schools.
Landy F. Labadie
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Landy served as Senior Vice President + Chief Development Officer for Club Quarters Hotels, which manages boutique, lifestyle and luxury hotels in the United States and the United Kingdom, playing a key role in all facets of lifestyle operations, asset management and real estate. Landy’s hospitality career also includes executive roles held with Two Roads Hospitality, Thompson Hotels, Compass Group, and Tom Colicchio’s Crafted Hospitality.
Landy leads the teams that support our properties with resident experience, lifestyle, residential hospitality initiatives, technology solutions, food and beverage services, energy management solutions, cable programs and vendor management.
A native of Northern New Jersey and a Florida State University alumnus, Landy is a strong supporter of numerous charitable and civic endeavors, including the FSU Dedman College of Hospitality, March of Dimes, Amigos 4 Kids and Mercy Hospital. He lives in Miami with his wife and three children.
Ashley Rader
Part of her role as client liaison entails ensuring a seamless transition for communities new to FirstService Residential. As such, Ashley is tasked with forging lasting relationships with condominium, HOA Board members and developers, including orchestrating industry leading educational events to benefit the organization’s clientele.
Ashley joined FirstService Residential in 2013, bringing nearly a decade of commercial and residential real estate experience to the organization. Prior to joining the company, she worked for Sotheby’s International Realty in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and local Atlanta developer Regent Partners on their mixed-use, luxury high-rise condominium, Sovereign.
An Atlanta native, Ashley graduated from the University of Georgia and holds a Georgia real estate license. She is heavily involved with the Community Association Institute (CAI) and also serves on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Atlanta Advisory Board.
Keith Sensabaugh
Prior to joining FirstService Residential in 2016, Keith held executive-level positions in the hospitality and risk management industries.
Keith is originally from Detroit, Michigan, and he studied primary education and psychology at Eastern Michigan University. He has five children and nine grandchildren and is a former professional tennis player and musician. He is also the chair of Christian education at his local church and is an active volunteer at MMPS Environmental, where he leads efforts to clean the Indian River Lagoon.
Anthony Kalliche
After spending 15 years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for FirstService Residential, Anthony Kalliche now serves as Special Counsel for the organization.
Anthony has over 35 years of experience in the community association industry. Prior to joining FirstService Residential in 2002, Anthony was the managing partner of the Miami branch of the law firm of Becker. He was with the law firm for more than 23 years.
Anthony, a member of Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1976 and the University of Miami School of Law, where he achieved a Juris Doctorate Degree Cum Laude in 1979.

Mindy Anderson
Anderson joined FirstService Residential in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of property and luxury lifestyle and amenity management experience with her. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Mindy held leadership roles at the Castle Group and WTS International, where she served as Regional Director.
Originally from Tampa, Mindy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from the University of South Florida. She is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).
Mindy lives with her husband, two children and their puppy in Lithia, Florida and enjoys fitness and sporting activities in her spare time. She supports a variety of causes, including the YMCA’s Teen Leaders Club.
Robert Baldwin
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Robert held multiple senior leadership roles in the hospitality industry. In his most recent role, he served as Director of Food & Beverage for the Williams Island Property Owners Association.
Robert studied culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University and has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. In his free time, Robert enjoys playing golf, pool and running.
Jeff Edelstein
Jeff Edelstein serves as Director, Residential Hospitality for FirstService Residential, where he oversees the Residential Hospitality team, including coordinators and area specialists. Jeff’s team supports over 200 properties in the tri-county area and lends assistance throughout the region, offering specialized training and support to include a one-of-a-kind Residential Hospitality program.
Jeff joined FirstService Residential in 2007, bringing more than 13 years of property management experience. Prior to that, he served as Clubhouse Manager for the Florida Marlins.
Jeff’s hometown is Cleveland, Ohio, and he studied at The Ohio State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.
Jeff is married with one son and is an avid Ohio State football and Cleveland sports fan.
Timothy E. Fowler
Timothy joined FirstService Residential in 2013, bringing an impressive background in the hospitality industry to the company. His expertise includes 21+ years as a security leader for luxury brands such as The Ritz Carlton, Canyon Ranch, The Setai Hotel and Intercontinental. Timothy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Flight Education and is a certified first aid, CPR, and AED instructor. He holds a company’s Security Manager License for Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, is a Certified Lodging Security Director with American Hotel & Lodging.
Timothy hails from St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, is a licensed pilot and enjoys traveling with his family.
Dominick Napoli
Dominick Napoli serves as Senior Manager of Cable Programs for FirstService Residential, where he oversees cable programs for two providers throughout the company’s South region, performing cost savings analysis for FirstService-managed communities.
Dominick joined FirstService Residential in 2018 and has extensive experience in strategic analysis, banking and business management. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Dominick spent twelve years at Citibank.
Dominick’s hometown is Long Island, New York and he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Hofstra University. Dominick lives with his partner in Fort Lauderdale and enjoys cooking, cruising, technology and exercising. He supports a variety of causes including Make-A-Wish and Give Kids the World.
Marilyn Zajac
Marilyn serves as Director of Energy Management at FirstService Energy for the South Region, where she provides community associations managed by FirstService Residential with guidance and recommendations on reducing energy consumption and saving money. This includes assistance with energy assessments, regulatory benchmarking compliance, utility bill analysis, electric vehicle charging, and carbon emissions reduction.
Marilyn joined FirstService in 2023, bringing nearly 10 years of energy management experience with her. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, she worked as a consultant in the green building industry for Sustainable Building Partners and Buro Happold.
Marilyn holds a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) credential, a LEED certification for Operations and Maintenance (O+M) credential and a WELL AP credential, denoting her expertise in human health and wellness in buildings. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability Studies from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Marilyn lives in Miami with her husband, where they spend their free time enjoying outdoor activities together.
John Ellis
John joined FirstService Residential in 2018, bringing 23 years of property management experience, including construction.
John's hometown is Mt. Morris, Michigan and he attended Mott Community College and Michigan State University.
John is married with 3 children and has 1 grandson. He enjoys working on his farm and woodworking. He joined the Marine Corps while he was still in high school and was a professional bull rider for about five years. Ellis is actively involved with Friends of Hard Labor State Park.
Ramon Ramirez
Ramon Ramirez serves as Quality Assurance Manager for FirstService Residential, developing, applying, and maintaining quality requirements for inspections of mechanical and common areas within properties.
Ramon joined FirstService Residential in 2009, bringing 30 years of property management experience. Prior to his role as Quality Assurance Manager, he was Chief Engineer of Two City Plaza in West Palm Beach, Florida, managed by FirstService; Facility Manager for Microsoft Latin America; Senior Facility Manager for FPL headquarters; and Lead Facility Engineer for Mobil Oil world headquarters.
Ramon’s hometown is Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and he attended the National Association of Power Engineering school and vocational schools specializing in stationary engineering.
Ramon is a first-class licensed engineer in the state of Maryland and holds a CAM license in the state of Florida. Married with 3 children, he is a licensed, private pilot and enjoys flying.

Andrea Braverman Brin
Prior to joining FirstService, Andrea practiced in several different areas of civil litigation, including, but not limited to, premises liability, construction defects, and professional liability.
Originally from Hollywood, Florida, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. She also has a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami and is a member of the Florida Bar.
A mother of three boys, Andrea enjoys traveling, skiing, and attending her children’s lacrosse tournaments with her husband. In recognition of her pro bono work for Lawyers for Children America, a child advocacy organization dedicated to protecting the rights of neglected children, she received the John Edward Smith Child Advocacy Award.

Christopher L. Pappas
Christopher oversees a portfolio of properties that span from Southern Broward County through North Palm Beach County. He works extensively with developers throughout Florida to provide consulting services for both new construction and conversions to create a lifestyle based on their vision.
During his tenure at FirstService Residential, Christopher facilitated the opening of two additional company locations – in Orlando and West Palm Beach – and was instrumental in the re-branding of two Florida acquisitions as well as launching the residential hospitality concept to offer residents of FirstService Residential-managed high-rises a luxury lifestyle experience.
Born in New York, Christopher was raised in Miami and considers himself a Miami native. He lives in Jupiter with his wife and two young adult sons. As a father of a son with a disability, he maintains frequent contact with various non-profit organizations in his community that focus on programs to help individuals with disabilities and their families. He enjoys cooking, boating, fishing, and traveling with his family.
Dante Chiabra
Dante launched his career in property management in 1997 and joined the company in 2013, bringing over 25 years of industry-related experience. His previous experience includes senior leadership roles at Land Cap-Apogee Company, Trammell Crow Company, Chiabra Management Group, Kirschner Realty, and Equity Residential.
Originally from Lima, Peru, Dante studied at Miami-Dade College. He is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) and lives in Miami Shores with his 15-year-old triplets, his 14-year-old, and his wife. In his spare time, he enjoys running, cruising, and spending time with his family.
Billy Coleman
Billy’s career in the residential property management industry has spanned more than two decades. He has held every role from staff accountant, community association manager, regional manager, director of operations, and vice president. Billy’s extensive background in the industry includes working with 5-star condominium resorts with complex food and beverage components, planned urban communities, luxury new construction, and major community restoration projects (including 40- and 50-year certifications, common areas renovations, elevator modernizations, and concrete restoration.
Billy lives in Boca Raton, Florida, is a proud father, and enjoys relaxing by the pool, watching sports, and checking off trips on his daughter’s bucket list.
Katharine Effron
Katharine is a Licensed Community Association Manager, and holds certifications in property management. In 2020, she received the South Florida High-Rise President’s Award for her outstanding contributions to the company.
Katharine has authored industry articles on property management and operations. She also serves as a company subject matter expert providing broad-based expertise and practical solutions to address community specific needs.
Katharine’s interests include music, cars, cooking and gardening. In her spare time, she supports social causes for children’s welfare and animal adoption efforts.
Anthony Gragnano
Anthony is a member of the South Florida High-Rise Safety committee and serves as an internal subject matter expert, providing strategic direction and expertise to his team of regional directors and clients. In 2019, Anthony received the South Florida High-Rise President’s Award for his outstanding contributions to the industry.
Anthony has served on various condominium association boards as president, treasurer and secretary. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Anthony worked for a self-managed community as an on-site manager.
Originally from Carlstadt, New Jersey, Anthony resides in Fort Lauderdale with his partner. In his spare time, he enjoys fitness-related activities, traveling, food and wine and spending time with friends and family.
Chris Hevia
Chris began his career in property management in 2003, serving as director of operations for a local property management company. Prior to that, Chris served as managing partner for a back-office services company providing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Chris also worked for a venture capitalist firm that acquired technology and biotech companies.
Chris lives in Miami with his wife and has two children. He enjoys playing racquetball, skiing and the outdoors.
Ilgim Hosea
Ilgim's journey with FirstService began in 2005 when she joined the organization as a general ledger accountant. Since then, she has assumed various roles within the company, providing support for multi-use, condominium, and commercial properties. Her past roles include luxury high-rise general manager and client accounting service manager. Most recently, she served as regional director of South Florida High-Rise.
Originally from Mersin, Turkey, Ilgim attended Istanbul Bilgi University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She is also a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM).
During her free time, Ilgim enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her son, Reis.

Edwin’s three decades in the property management industry includes his first role at FirstService in 1991, as an on-property recreation director. His career at FirstService includes stints as property manager and regional director, becoming vice president in 2009. Today, Edwin leads a team of 4 regional directors and nearly 500 property associates to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service to the residents we serve.
Edwin hails from Brooklyn, New York, and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Florida State University. He is active in Community Associations Institute and heavily involved in local mission work. He enjoys painting, sculpting, drawing, football and tennis. Edwin lives in Miami with his wife and two children.

Stephanie Parker
Stephanie has a robust 20-year background in working with leadership teams to improve operations, execute strategic company initiatives and elevate overall performance. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, she ran Sparker Consulting, worked at Managerial Design and served as Vice President of Organization Effectiveness at Real Matters, Inc., a global provider of financial services technology, and Solidifi, a residential real estate appraisal firm.
Stephanie holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business/York University in Toronto, Canada and is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where she attained an Honors Bachelor of Music. Stephanie is a native of Ontario, enjoys singing and songwriting, and serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Children’s Harbor. Stephanie and her family call Cooper City home.
Heather Lee Battey
Heather joined FirstService Residential in 2023, bringing over 15 years of property management and community operations experience focusing on 55-and-better communities. Heather has held leadership positions in senior living operations, development, and resorts management.
Originally from Danbury, Connecticut, Heather has a Master’s in Forensic Science and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling.
Heather lives in Fort Myers with her husband, twin daughters, bonus son and daughter, and Malitpoo. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, working out, reading, DIY projects, cruising and spending time with her family. Heather is a certified dementia practitioner and certified director of assisted living.
Charity Gruwell
Charity Gruwell serves as Vice President of FirstService Residential, where she is responsible for operations, growth and retention, client relations, and business development for condo and HOA communities in the Palm Beach/Treasure Coast market. With 20 years of property management experience, she leads and supports a team of regional directors to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
Charity joined FirstService Residential in 2014 as a community association manager, before being promoted to regional director. In that role, she strategically managed client relationships, providing key business insights and expertise that drove loyalty, profitability, and long-term client retention. She was recognized during her tenure with multiple awards in her market, including Manager of the Year in 2015 and 2019 and Regional Director of the Year in 2023 and 2024. Charity is a true culture champion, embracing the company’s core values and investing her time and energy into motivating others to do their best.
In her free time, Charity enjoys going on long runs, relaxing on the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
Ivy R. Montero
Ivy joined FirstService Residential in 2008, bringing more than a decade of property management experience with her. She began her career in property management in 1996, focusing on the rental market, and prior to that, enjoyed a career in accounting. Ivy won the FirstService Residential Regional Director of the Year award in 2019 and 2020, prior to her promotion to vice president. She serves as a “Be the Difference” facilitator, promoting and reinforcing the company’s culture.
A Miami native, Ivy enjoys spending time with her family and taking full advantage of the Florida sun and fun. She also enjoys salsa dancing and working with charitable organizations such as Feeding South Florida.
Alyson Theale
Prior to joining FirstService Residential in 2016, Alyson served as a hospitality management professional.
A native Floridian, Alyson is a graduate of Florida International University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management. In her spare time, Alyson enjoys gardening, bicycling, cooking and yoga.

Amy Sanchez
Amy joined FirstService Residential in 2019 as vice president of the company’s South Florida Condo-HOA Division, covering Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Since joining the company, she has developed a successful team that elevated service levels and the customer experience. Amy contributes to many initiatives across FirstService Residential, serves as a founding member of her division’s Safety Committee, and is an active member of the company’s People Council.
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Amy held leadership positions with residential, multifamily and asset management firms. She was responsible for overseeing multi-state management operations, business development, asset repositioning and dispositions.
Amy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Florida International University and is a licensed community association manager and real estate agent.
Amy is a native of Central Florida and enjoys time with her husband and three daughters, boating, playing volleyball, gardening, and traveling.
Sheriff Masry
Sheriff Masry serves as vice president at FirstService Residential, overseeing all aspects of financial and operational management for communities throughout Greater Tampa. In this role, he leads and mentors a team of regional directors and on-site associates to drive financial performance, execute growth strategies and manage service delivery within the market.
Sheriff joined the company in 2023 brining more than 20 years of hospitality experience with him.
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Sheriff was the Vice President of Operations for Travel & Leisure at Wyndham Destinations. He also held senior leadership positions at Hilton Hotels Corporation, Harrah’s|Caesar’s Entertainment Corporation, and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
Sheriff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Economics from the University of Houston.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Sheriff lives in Bradenton with his wife and four children. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, golfing, and motorcycling.
Anh Nguyen
Anh joined FirstService Residential in 2008 as a portfolio community association manager. Prior to joining the company, Anh worked in the home construction industry.
Anh is originally from Jacksonville and he studied at the University of North Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.
Anh is a passionate Jacksonville Jaguar and University of Florida Gator fan. He is also a supporter of charities and civic endeavors including Food for the Hungry and Compassion International. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, guitar and hiking. Anh lives in Jacksonville with his wife and two children.
Brent Reynolds
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Brent served as Vice President of Resort Operations and Brand Delivery for Holiday Inn Club Vacations. In this role, he guided the development of brand operating standards and resort operational excellence initiatives, helping to grow the brand from 13 to 29 resorts during his tenure.
Brent graduated from Youngstown State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University, Shreveport.
Brent resides in Clermont with his wife and has two children. He is a lifelong learner who enjoys traveling with his family and reading.
Andy Sorenson
Andy joined FirstService Residential in 2023, bringing over 25 years of hospitality experience. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, he held multiple leadership positions in hotel operations and property management, serving as General Manager for several high-rise and lifestyle associations.
Andy is originally from Miami Beach and studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at the James Madison University School of Business in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He has four sons, is active in his church’s music ministry and enjoys the beach and fishing in his spare time. Andy and his wife are in the process of relocating to the Panhandle.
Sybrandt “Sy” Windell
Sy joined FirstService Residential in 2021 as Regional Food and Beverage Director. He quickly became integral to FirstService's distinct approach to delivering amenities.
Prior to joining FirstService, Sy worked at several properties in the hospitality industry, including the Acqualina Resort and Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Wheatleigh Hotel in Lenox, Massachusetts, Saxon Hotel, Villas & Spa and Thaba Ya Batswana Eco Lodge & Spa, in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Originally from South Africa, Sy lives with his wife and two children in Lake Mary. He enjoys traveling and watching rugby, baseball, and college football in his spare time. He is also a supporter of charities, including Nathanial’s Hope and Give Kids the World.
