Hollywood, Fla. (June 15, 2022) -- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, has been selected to provide property management and lifestyle services for Jade Signature, a 57-story luxury condominium tower located in Sunny Isles Beach.
The 192-unit residential oceanfront property offers 1- to 5-bedroom residences, sky villas and penthouses ranging in size from 1,378 to 11,660 square feet. All units feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, private elevator foyers, expansive terraces and service quarters and entrances.
