FirstService Residential Hosts 2023 Tristate L.E.A.D.S. Event at Monmouth University for 17th Year
Eatontown, N.J. (August 21, 2023) – On August 17, FirstService Residential – the leading property management company – hosted its annual L.E.A.D.S. (Learn, Evolve, Achieve, Deliver, Succeed) event at OceanFirst Bank Center at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey. The event brought together over 800 people, including FirstService Residential associates and board members, as well as over 70 sponsor companies.
Industry professionals from across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, New England were in attendance, and the event was kicked off by FirstService Residential president, Michael Mendillo and former NFL quarterback, philanthropist, and entrepreneur – Doug Flutie.
“Our 2023 Tristate L.E.A.D.S. event was a huge success. It is the area’s foremost collaborative event that brings together condominium/HOA, Lifestyle, and High-Rise board members, product and service providers, and property management professionals,” said FirstService Residential president, Michael Mendillo. “It’s an amazing chance for leaders and experts representing every facet of our industry to come together to network, grow, learn, inspire one another, and build new partnerships.”
Attendees had the opportunity to observe how the property management leader is propelling the industry forward through its leadership, people-first philosophy, and culture. The event also garnered approximately $7,000 worth of donations to support the Affordable Housing Alliance – a local New Jersey nonprofit whose mission is to improve the quality of life for all New Jersey residents by developing and preserving affordable housing, offering services to maintain housing affordability, providing housing education, and helping communities meet their legal and moral housing obligations.
