Hillwood Communities, the award-winning master-planned community developer, based in Dallas, won ten McSAM Awards on July 24, 2021, at the gala hosted by the Dallas Builders Association. This year, the prestigious recognitions included Master Planned Community of the Year, Best Lifestyle Annual Program, Best Welcome Center, Best Community Amenity Center, Lifestyle Director of the Year, and People's Choice for Community of the Year and more.
The McSAM Awards are given annually to builders, developers and their associates who have made a significant and creative contribution in residential marketing through specific achievements in a given year. Hillwood Communities has received numerous McSAM awards throughout its 32-year history for a number of developments in its portfolio.
