Just before joining the FirstService Residential team, Wood served as the vice president of business development for a national real estate investment firm that specializes in partnering with community associations to provide solutions for distressed properties.
Steven Parker
Prior to joining FirstService Residential, he was the president of Red Rock Financial Services, a Las Vegas-based collections agency specializing in serving the unique needs of homeowners associations (HOAs). Parker also served as chief operating officer for Silver State Mortgage, where he managed operations for the $4.5 billion national mortgage bank.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University. Parker has volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America for many years and is an Eagle Scout.
