What started as a small portfolio of cleaning contracts with 40 associates has grown to more than 600 associates serving over 70 condominium communities throughout the Greater Toronto area according to Todd Cooper, president of FirstService Residential. “Four years ago we saw a tremendous opportunity to provide greater value to our customers by enhancing traditional property management services with front desk security and housekeeping.
