Designed exclusively for our clients, FirstService Residential Connect™ provides residents, board members, and the management team the ability to connect via computer, smartphones, or tablets. Its primary use is for property managers to distribute resident notifications, and emergency alerts instantly, but it can do much more.

Connect provides:

• Streamlined access: Board members have access to a confidential area within the website where they can easily access the financial records, unit-related or legal matters, along with board meeting documents, including managerial reports and minutes. Residents can also manage their accounts, submit maintenance requests, and download community records such as the declaration, bylaws, and rules. Rest assured that all sensitive data is always protected and that the posting of any report for resident viewing is done so only with the board’s approval, ensuring a level of transparency and confidentiality.
 
• 24/7 Community awareness:  Residents and homeowners will have visibility to all upcoming events and scheduled services or post community news and other important information. This information can be sent in multiple languages.
 
• Resident Alert: When emergencies occur, Resident Alert enables the management team to deliver notifications or alerts to residents via email instantly.
 
• Connect shift notes: Allows your front desk staff to be in constant communication with each other and ensures that no information is lost and/or mitigates miscommunication during shift changes. Staff will always stay abreast of residents' needs or special requests.
 
• ConnectMobile app: Our proprietary smartphone application gives associates, board members, and residents easy access to the same information they can find on the web version of Connect.
 
• Project updates: Property managers can post project updates and inspection information, and board members can easily track and view the information.
 
• Violations monitoring: Property managers have the real-time capability to enforce rule compliance and distribute violations to homeowners as needed, along with a communication system for follow-up, with the goal of keeping violations to a minimum.
