Bob Cardoza
Bob has also worked to maintain and improve operations of 12 regional offices throughout California. With more than 30 years of experience as Executive Vice President of Business Development and President of FirstService Association Consulting, he has worked with some of the country’s largest and well-respected land developers and homebuilders on communities that include Rancho Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, The Preserve, Mission Bay of San Francisco and Playa Vista.
Bob is a member of the Building Industry Association, (BIA), Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serves on a variety of committees and councils and is a sought-after speaker for numerous forms. Bob enjoys spending time with his wife, Terri and their 6 children; traveling, attending Souther California sporting events and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking.
Jennifer Clifford
Jennifer joined FirstService Residential in August 2017. Prior to joining, she held a 14-year career in post-secondary education where she served as National Director of Operations and Sales and oversaw operations, support services and admissions for 13 locations nationwide. Her passion for leadership, customer experience, excellence in service, account management, process improvement and business development led her to FirstService Residential where the mission and core values guide every associate, every day.
Jennifer is originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin. She attended the University of Maine, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business Management. Jennifer relocated to Arizona after graduating and has called it home ever since. She enjoys spending time with her two children, watching football and participating in outdoor activities such as hiking, running and swimming.
Kirk Kowieski, CMCA AMS
Kirk joined FirstService after having spent his entire career in the hospitality industry, most notably as a Manager at the 5-star, 5-diamond Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, and later as Resort Manager at Trilogy at Vistancia in Peoria, Arizona. His career path at FirstService Residential has included positions as Corporate Builder Division Manager, On-site Builder Division Manager, Portfolio Community Manager, On-site High Rise Manager, On-site Master Planned Community Manager, and Division Director. Kirk holds his CMCA and AMS designations, and is currently working towards obtaining the prestigious PCAM designation.
Kirk was born and raised in Chicago, IL, and attended Michigan State University. After college, he spent 12 years in Pittsburgh, PA, and relocated permanently to Arizona in 2004. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing his Christian faith, playing and watching sports, and "cruisin’ the open road" on his custom Harley Davidson motorcycle.
Kristina Allen
As Vice President, Kristina has operational oversight of the Tucson office and the market it serves. She leads a dedicated team of regional directors, managers, and support staff that services communities throughout Southern Arizona. She is responsible for meeting operational goals and ensuring that exceptional service and solutions are consistently delivered to the communities we manage.
Kristina began her career in association management in 2007. During her tenure, she held various positions, including general manager of large-scale communities.
Frank Durso
Frank relocated to Arizona in 2017 from Long Island, New York. He brought with him years of operational experience of residential high-rises in New York City. His expertise includes concierge services, hospitality management, and resort-style amenities.
Joining FirstService Residential in July 2019, Frank served as General Manager of Portland on the Park, an upscale high-rise community in downtown Phoenix. He was subsequently promoted to the Regional Director of the High-Rise Division in 2022. His experience, drive, and track record of success propelled him into his current position.
Frank ensures that communities under his purview are professionally managed, maintained, and operated according to the objectives of the Board of Directors and the requirements of the building. He is regarded for maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel.
In his free time, Frank enjoys playing and watching baseball, football, and basketball as well as mountain biking and hiking. He likes to start each day with an early morning walk with his dog to catch the beautiful Arizona sunrises.
Scott Magyar
Scott has served in the community management industry for more than a decade. Prior to his role as vice president, Scott was the general manager at a premier, luxury, Phoenix high-rise. He also served as regional director and general manager for several large-scale and luxury properties and high-rises in the state of Texas. In these roles, Scott directed all strategic, operational and financial aspects of the communities he served, focusing on the resident experience and property values.
Over the years, Scott has received multiple awards and accolades within the community management industry, including a Five Star Professional Award from Texas Monthly Magazine for five years in a row and multiple industry awards from Fairfield Residential, including Resident Focus, Champion Spirit and Winning Edge Property awards. He is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and is a licensed realtor in the state of Texas.
