Resident Alert - Mass Communication Tool
With the Resident Alert feature, your community manager can immediately send email or phone notifications to all or selected residents about non-emergencies (meetings weather alerts or service shutdowns) or emergency situations requiring immediate action (community threats or other emergencies). As an added benefit, email notifications can include attachments to save your association the costs of postage.
Interactive Community Website
FirstService Residential Connect also includes a community website production feature with many useful capabilities. For example, residents can access the site to manage their accounts, pay their association fees, submit maintenance requests and download association documents. Your community manager and Board members can post community news, Board meeting minutes and other information for residents and homeowners.
ConnectMobile (Violation/Work Order/Architectural/Inspections)
Several of FirstService Residential Connect's most valuable features are also available through the ConnectMobile mobile application for iPhone. For example, community managers can instantly create work orders and violations right on their phones while touring the community, and community managers and Board members can conveniently review work orders, track inspections, post and review data and more from any location.
