BoardAdvantage gives board members the tools and education needed to better serve their communities and become more effective and successful leaders. We’ve tailored our training to the needs of board members based on ongoing feedback from associations.
BoardAdvantage offers many unique features for FirstService Residential board members, including our Board Member Basics curriculum, which tailored to the needs that board members have communicated to us via ongoing surveys like NPS. It provides an overview of board roles, activities and responsibilities and is a helpful resource for new and tenured board members alike. This educational platform also offers a total of 10 courses from our SkillPort library, with three new classes released each quarter.
