We are committed to being genuinely helpful and improving our communities by giving of our time and resources.
What kinds of organizations and causes do our associates help? We raise money for veterans in need, autism support services, breast cancer research, cystic fibrosis research, 
the United Way, Down’s syndrome support and research and many more. When appropriate, such as clothing drives, we invite our community residents to contribute as well.
Much of our involvement springs from grassroots activity in our regions and markets, including:

- Pathways PA: Adopt-a-Family (Pennsylvania)
- Thanksgiving Basket Brigade (California)
- Friends of Karen: Adopt a Family (New York)
- Habitat for Humanity (Texas)
