FirstService Residential has recently acquired the Association Management Division of Atlantic | Pacific Companies

Copperleaf is a luxury gated community with more than 370 homes, located in Palm City, on 140 acres of natural preserves and conservation areas. 

Danny Ellis serves as President in the South Region of FirstService Residential, overseeing operations and growth initiatives in Georgia, Tennessee, and the Florida Panhandle.

Andrew M. Haas serves as Vice President of Sales for FirstService Residential’s South region. As a key member of the region’s leadership team, he manages and sets strategic direction for the business development team and collaborates with the marketing team to support the region’s overall growth goals. 
 

Amy Sanchez serves as president of Central Florida and brings 15 years of experience managing residential communities. She is responsible for operations, customer service and business growth in the Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa/St. Petersburg markets. 

Landy F. Labadie joins FirstService Residential as Vice President, Community Solutions for the South Region. Labadie brings invaluable expertise to FirstService Residential, with a broad scope of leadership and global hospitality operations, along with a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building high performing teams and scalability of processes.
