Our customers tell us that our association manager’s number one priority is to care for the community’s real estate assets and support the important work of the board of directors. To help our managers accomplish this, we have a local dedicated team of six professionals who handle individual homeowner requests or inquiries. We do so in a team approach using a state-of-the art technology platform that creates 100% accountability for solving individual homeowner requests within agreed upon time frames. 

FirstService Residential also provides a robust web portal, and performance management tool. Our platforms and management systems provide our associates the tools they need to do their jobs effectively and provide our customers with ease of interaction with our company to address a full range of matters within the community.
