FirstService Residential Connect™ has the capability to create a community website offering a variety of useful features. Residents can pay their association fees, submit maintenance requests, manage their accounts and download association documents.  Property managers and Board members can post community news, Board meeting minutes and other important information for residents.  

ConnectMobile (Violation/Work Order/Architectural/Inspections)

ConnectMobile is an iPhone application that offers many of FirstService Residential Connect™'s most valuable features.  For example, your property manager can create work orders and violations, track inspections and post and review information directly on their phones during community tours and inspections.
