When residents call the Customer Care Center with questions or issues, service-trained specialists use FirstService Residential Connect™, our association management software, to instantly access the requested information. Our goal is to answer questions and resolve issues during the call and are proud that the Customer Care Center consistently earns high satisfaction ratings after the first call.
